Neil Hawkesford brings over 30 years of experience in medical and pharmaceutical packaging, and currently serves as Product Manager at Amcor Healthcare. He has led packaging initiatives for both global manufacturers and startups, focusing on innovative solutions for both new medical devices and existing high-volume applications. With a focus on sustainability, Neil works with both medical device producers and pharmaceutical manufacturers to address both the challenges of circularity and of the carbon footprint associated with packaging. He is also involved in the Hospital Plastics Sorting and Recycling Processes Project with the Healthcare Plastics Recycling Council (HPRC), supporting efforts to improve recycling within healthcare facilities.

Jessica Rodriguez is the Sustainability Project Manager for Global Healthcare at Amcor. Her responsibilities include managing the implementation of more sustainable packaging solutions. Projects Jessica has led include increasing the use of recycled resin and improving the recyclability of packaging for customers. Throughout her career, Jessica has gained experience in the plastics and textile industries. Jessica received her Bachelor of Science degree in Fiber Science from Cornell University in 2018, with a focus on sustainability within the textile supply chain, as well as an Introduction to Plastics Engineering Technology certification from Penn State Behrend in 2023.
